Hotel Deposits
We require a 50% deposit for the hotel rooms by February 28th 2026 and the remaining 50% by September 1st. A reminder that the prices as of now are a best guess and the hotels will not honor any quote until a deposit has been placed, however it shouldn't change by much, if at all. This is for both the wedding venue and Seoul hotels.
February 28th $1,030
September 1st $1,030 + any foreign FX fees.
The above amounts are for 2 adults booking a standard room. Should that not apply to you, I will reach out and confirm the details with you.
Flight Deposit
I'll be honest, we still haven't secured any deal with a travel agency yet but the flight routes are now open and we'll be working on this. I can't say what kind of deposit structure they will ask for, I imagine they will want it all upfront. We will try to get the payment due by May 1st to help spread everything out.
If you want to book your own flight privately or you miss my cut off date - a reminder to land in Seoul on October 8th. The way the time difference works the outbound flight should take off from Pearson/Canada on the 7th. Luckily going back if you leave on the 18th you will end up also landing on the 18th back in Canada.
Also, having done this a few times now, i recommend Korean Air for the extra bit of money (the food i way better than Air Canada).
Payment Information
Believe me, I wish everyone could pay each vendor separately but payment needs to come from 1 account only.
EMT will be the easiest. Transfers can be sent to peterrudi.u@gmail.com. I swear I will not bet it all on black.
I got spreadsheets upon spreadsheets to keep track of everyone deposits.
